I Built My Business Around the Experience I Wish I'd Had.

I didn't start out in real estate. I started in health care, in the legal affairs department at the Detroit Medical Center, and worked my way up to Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Those years taught me how to build a process, protect what matters, and hold myself to a high standard when the details count.

In 2017, my husband and I bought and sold a home, and it was a horrible experience. Communication was inconsistent, questions went unanswered, and the service fell short at nearly every turn. Then a friend's agent stepped in with a clear system, and my home was under contract within a single weekend. That was when I saw what this profession looks like when the details are handled well.

I earned my real estate license in the fall of 2018 and built my business alongside my full-time career for several years. In the summer of 2024, a conversation with my husband made me rethink what I really wanted. By September, I had left my executive position to commit to real estate full-time. Starting over professionally wasn't easy, but I brought everything I had learned with me.
